4 Deposits & Payments

Deposit Policy

• Deposits are typically credited within a few minutes. In the event of a technical issue, processing may take up to 24 hours.

5 Withdrawal Policy

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Changes & Termination

DHK33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Account Closure

• Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team.
• Any available balance may be withdrawn before account closure, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• DHK33 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute, please contact the DHK33 support team first. Issues raised via live chat will receive an initial response within 24 hours. For more complex matters, we will work to provide a resolution within 7 business days.
